The Cho-Pat Tennis Elbow Support is a compression device designed to support forearm muscles that are over-exercised or strained during athletic, leisure, or work activities. The tennis elbow splint is unique because it has a reinforced pad that comfortably molds to the forearm and fastens securely with closures. The tennis elbow splint absorbs and dispenses the forces that cause pain, relieves stress on the forearm muscles and their attachments, and reduces inflammation.
The tennis elbow splint is very effective in supporting the forearm tendon and muscles when performing the repetitive gripping motions that occur in activities such as golf, bowling, baseball, tennis, racquetball, gardening, or carpentry. The Cho-Pat Tennis Elbow Support also helps support the muscles and relieve elbow pain while participating in activities where the arm repeatedly extends and then applies force.
The pain and weakness from tennis elbow is usually felt on and around the bony bump that is located outside the elbow and occasionally will spread into the wrist and forearm. In addition to playing tennis, tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) can be caused by activities such as repetitive weight lifting, swinging a hammer, typing, and housework like sweeping, mopping, and raking.

The Cho-Pat Tennis Elbow Support is available in four sizes for a more accurate fit and targeted pain relief from tennis elbow. When sizing, it is best to measure the circumference of the upper forearm. If between sizes, it is suggested that you order the smaller sized tennis elbow strap.
